From the outside and throughout the entire process Chris was perfect, especially when we completely changed our entire plan he was very flexible and happy to work with us to add his part in making our day so special. Our day was a little hectic / off piste and Chris happily worked the vibe and managed to keep the dance floor energy matched throughout the evening. Even kept going over our finish time as the revellers changed “one more song!” Would definitely recommend, and would definitely keep Chris in mind for any party / event where we require music in the future. From booking to the end of the event, how would you describe LoveThatDJ's service? This is our second booking with Chris as he always gives amazing service and always responds in a timely and friendly manner. Chris allowed us to make song requests both in advance and on the night. Even when the dance floor was quieter early on he was always positive and when everyone did get up and dance he knew how to keep everyone on the dance floor. Chris did an amazing job, played all our requests, and music on Steven’s playlist. Chris was very friendly and polite at all times during the evening. The service provided was outstanding, I needed to book a new DJ after my original booking who was highly recommended let me down a matter of weeks before my wedding, luckily lovethatdj was available, the booking process was super easy and I was made to feel that nothing was too much, I would highly recommended and use lovethatdj again. From booking to the end of the event, how would you describe LoveThatDJ's service? Chris was amazing from start to finish! Prompt email responses, polite and song requests were no issue at all. Is there anything LoveThatDJ could have done better? Nothing at all. He played songs from all decades and genres requested, to meet the vast age range of guests (toddlers to grandparents in their 90s). He got everyone up dancing and all music went well. He was quick to reply (which I love), he answered all our questions with no hesitation to put our minds at rest, he had a great variety of music which was great, he was friendly, kind and polite! The lighting was great and he played any music requests we and our guests had! Very Satisfied From booking to the end of the event, how would you describe LoveThatDJ's service? We had to bring our wedding date forward by five months due to unfortunate circumstances within the family, and our previous DJ we booked could no longer accommodate our new date. So the hunt began for a DJ with less than a month to go. I stumbled across LoveThatDJ, with crossed fingers I asked if Chris would be available for our new date, and we were so happy when Chris said he had availability! Win!! Chris really listened to what sort of music we enjoyed and had all the music lined up for the big songs. He was so easy to contact and always very quick to reply. He really knew how to get everyone going and play music that catered for everyone. I think the best memory we have of our wedding is dancing to 'We Are Family' in the middle of the dance floor with all our family and friends dancing around us. We are so impressed with the set up, fast communication and the price of hire. Fantastic and fast communication and info given :) very friendly manner and approachable, easy going and will do his best to get the songs you request. From the start of the booking via Email we were kept up to date from the beginning to the end. we were pleased that we could provide a play list, and that the majority of songs were available. I work for a small charity called Embrace - East Sussex and we hold a Christmas party every year for the families we support. The children have a range of disabilities and they were looking forward to this year's event. Unfortunately, due to an admin error, I discovered we didn't have a DJ, 24 hours before the Saturday night party, in the middle of party season. Chris was our hero! He offered his services at a very good price and saved the day. The children, who often struggle to make friends, had such a great time dancing the evening away and playing together. It was fantastic to see. Chris was amazing with them and was happy to answer any questions they had about music or anything else. All of the parents were full of praise for the DJ and everyone commented on what a good night they'd had. I cannot thank Chris enough for what he did for Embrace and the children. Thank you. Replying with detail to every email and answering all questions that I had. The party was amazing and as requested, all types of music was played and everyone enjoyed all music types. Everything we could have hoped for and more. The attitude that Chris brings together with his knowledge and professionalism ensured a brilliant night. He was happy to incorporate our tastes (and some very obscure requests) and judged the music perfectly. Should also mention that Chris dealt with many challenges on-site without complaint and took it all in his stride which was a huge help. Is there anything LoveThatDJ could have done better?
